Could anyone tell me, what proportion of Turbofire is kickboxing. I'm not that keen on it so don't want to get it, if that's allot of the programme. Thanks.

    So I only just started week 2 of Turbofire and i LOVE it... I never took kickboxing before but i know it obviously has some. Alot of punching and kicking and jumping but its to GREAT music and i would suggest it to anyone, its alot of fun and the music is great... Let me know what ya think.
