Easy Crockpot Italian Pot Roast

3 lb Chuck, Bottom Round Roast
1 jar Mild Salsa
2 c. Stewed Tomatoes
1 bag Frozen Pepper Mix

Combine all ingrediants in a large crock pot. Cook for 8-10 hours. Stir.

Great served over rice.

Makes 6 - 2 cup servings
Per serving - (without rice)

    i just got the stuff to make this..and i plan to pop it in the crockpot in the morning..for the peppers i bought a frozen bag 'VIP Quality Plus" Pepper Strips.green,red and yellow sweet bell peppers. Since i have not made this befor i hope this is what it calls for ..either way i am sure it will be yummy..hope that helped.

    yum yum yum....made this of dinner today and it came out GREAT..i am a huge fan of pot roast and this was a nice healthy change up. Great with some brown rice..thank you for sharing!!!!
