anyone doing the tap out xt program??

Just wondering if anyone has tried the tap out program and how does it compare to insanity or p90x

    Here in Atlanta we have a MMA gym that does the workouts like TAPOut. I never went, but lets just say my friend went with her husband and she snuck out the back. LOL. Good luck!
