If you could cook and eat TROLLS they'd probably just make you sick anyway, though it's hard to tell what effect it would have on your metabolism.

Still, they're right. The metabolic difference is negligible, but there is a better way to communicate it than train wrecking someone's thread.

Are there foods that slow down your metabolism?
  • Spice_4_Life

All those foods are good for you, but they really don't boost your metabolism. Some may give you a quick buzz of energy and some help lower cholesterol, but once again, can't boost metabolism. The only thing that can do that, is exercise and healthy eating. But thanks for trying. Don't get me wrong, Dr. Oz has some good things on his show, but most of the time it's just to get people to buy crap. Good luck on your journey.

Not a very smart person at al...but from my journey ( just a small town girl livin in a lonely world...sorry about that) I have noticed that the more muscle I gained the more I lost/ energy I had...so i have assumed that muscle actually causes metabolism erections....not a scientist though :)

Adding additional and truthful information isn't trolling. A "troll" isn't someone you dislike.
