All those foods are good for you, but they really don't boost your metabolism. Some may give you a quick buzz of energy and some help lower cholesterol, but once again, can't boost metabolism. The only thing that can do that, is exercise and healthy eating. But thanks for trying. Don't get me wrong, Dr. Oz has some good things on his show, but most of the time it's just to get people to buy crap. Good luck on your journey.0
