Anyone do Core Fusion or Bar Method type exercise

HI Everyone. I am doing Core Fusion classes a 4-5 times a week and I love it. I sweat like crazy and i think my heart rate gets pretty up there. Plus it really tones and stretches me out great. But I have no idea what kind of calories i am burning. Anyone have any idea? I bought one of those calorie counters, but it didn't work.

Also, do you think it is enough? I am so wiped after a class that I can't imagine doing more exercise on top of it, plus I love it, so I don't want to give it up, but sometimes I wonder if it is really going to help get me to my goals.

Anyone else take these classes? What do you think?

    I'm doing Core Fusion also, DVDs though. I have been searching for the same answer. I imagine the calories aren't very high, but the intensity of the workout sure is. I consider it more of a strength training workout than aerobic or cardio.
