This one will be tough -- I think for me it'll have to be 8 or 9. We don't eat until 6:30.
2.) 60 oz of water daily -- Good one!
3.) No sugar three days of the week (unless it's Natural from fruit or veggies)

Ok, so I weighed in this morning at 148. I'm ok with this. Last week I was actually closer to 148.8. So I've lost ALMOST 1 lb. Mark me down... I'm on the move!

Challenges i thought would be good !!!
1) No eating after 6:30-7pm
*This one is actually a good one that I need to follow. While I don't mind a snack after that, I need to not eat bad stuff after that.
2.) 60 oz of water daily
*Good one, I usually try to get to this point.
3.) No sugar three days of the week (unless it's Natural from fruit or veggies)
*This will not happen for me. I need sugar in my coffee - and need my coffee more. I can't do the artificial stuff. But, I'll try to limit extra sugars beyond my coffee.
4.) 60-100 sit up a day challenge

Oh, I gained a pound this week. But, I was up 3 on Saturday, so back to up one today is ok. I just need to kick it in gear now after getting over this cold.0

I have a stomach flu and im hoping it won't mess up with my weight lost... im trying to get a protein shake in here and there but my body just isn't keeping anything down or in at this point blah i hate being sick... :sad:0

Personally -- I've chosen to do challenges 2 and 4. Does anyone have any other suggestions for challenges that they've found on other threads that would be good for us? I really wanna step it up this time!0 -

I think seeing it like this will help me to stay on task.
One of my goals is to do at least 45-60 mins. of the elliptical 3 days a week.
I think I'm going to add in the 30 day shred beginning of Nov. I'm going to think on it and set up a schedule for myself between the two. That way I know what I'm doing each day of the week. I will leave weekends open as we are often away, but I can do makeups then as well if we are home.0 -
Ready to get off work, I will be on my way to my Body Blast class, I don't know how many calories that class burns, but the trainer said between 400 to 600 calories depending on the person...I am really sleepy right now, that end of the work day kind of sleepy so hopfully when i get to my class i will get a good work out in0

I am planning on starting the 30 day shred tonight. I have to clean out the room I exercise in first. Guess that'll be more workout for me. Probly no elliptical on top of that. I need to kick it into gear if I want to make my goal.
