I used to run cross country, and I was 120 pounds at 5 foot 3 inches, but that was about 4 years ago in high school, and I can't run as much because of knee problems. I now weigh about 145 and have a hard time controling how much I eat. I know I over-eat everyday, but I don't know how to stop.

    Any tips on how to get motivated to exercise and stay away from cereal? That's my biggest "food addiction". Lucky Charms are amazing, and I've recenly discovered the amazingness of chocolate Lucky Charms...
