this week: 279.5
up almost 3 pounds this week... it disappointing, but i am trying. nothing seems to help with the urge to overeat, but i am trying.

woo hoo FINALLY! weighed in at 310 on on April 16th, today April 26th 303 ! I can finally see my weight on my scale at home YAY!

Heres my stats. I started dieting on 1/25/08 weighing in at 305 lbs
started mfp March 20th at 292 lbs
March 27th ..... 290 lbs
April 3rd .......... 288 lbs
April 10th......... 286 lbs
10 lb loss for april... i reached my goal for April yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa0 -
so many of us have a 100 pound or more weight loss goal! but we can do it!!!! Support is the answer and this site provides us with great support! we are friends and we have not even met in person!!!! My arms are here for a hug when ever anyone needs it!!! We can do this together!0

Sorry! I'm coming into this topic a little late, but I really want to join this challenge...
I started really working out on January 20, 2008 and weighed in @ 276.8
I started MFP on March 10, 2008
I weighed in again on March 22, 2008 @ 268.2
and....
I weighed today @ 264.00
As you can tell, I had a rough start, but since I've joined MFP, I feel like I'm doing a lot better!

Started my new lifestyle on September 6, 2007: 270 lbs
Weight as of last week: 193
Weight as of today: 189
Pounds lost this week: 4
Pounds lost total: 81
Goal weight: 135
Pounds to get there: 54
I'm not really sure how I lost 4 lbs this week, but I have changed things up a bit! I have been eating more of my exercise calories than I was (like close to 1800) and on the days I don't work out, I have been staying around 1450ish.... I also upped the level on the elliptical another notch which may have helped too.
Either way, I am HAPPY!!!0 -
on april 2 i weighed in at 242
last week i weighed 240
and this week i weighed in at 240
0 pound weight loss this week :grumble:
this week 239 ... im a little frustrated :huh:

I started just over a week ago at 265. That was down from my high at Christmas of 273.
Today I weighed 260. Its a start.
My first goal is to get below 200, my second is 180, my third is 160 (Normal weight for my height) I think I would be happy at that and think hubby would too since that's only 5 lbs more than when we got married 14 years and 5 kids ago. Ultimate goal would be 145 (what I weighed when we were dating), That means I have to lose 115 more so I definitely qualify for this challenge, but I've got to keep in mind one pound at a time.

Yay! Friday: 259.6!!!!! It's coming off! I don't think I'm going to make my goal of being 250 by May 26, but I'm going to keep trying! And, I have a date tomorrow night with this amazing guy who I have been so attracted to since last summer when I met him! Wish me luck, I think I'm going to need it!0 -
I'm stuck, and I won't lie , it's pissing me off! :mad: I'm trying not to dilike my hubby right now cause he's managed to lose over 25 lbs while I've lost only 10 and I'm just Ugh. I'm not giving up, but Im just frustrated and irritated and and and !!! Still at 300 since May 1st.0

ok I just started may 6th 08 at 318 pounds:noway:
so far no significant loss but I'm feeling muscles I wasn't sure I had, especially my shoulders are killing me... for exercise I'm doing the sweatin to the oldies dvd's
I have problems with portion control and am not a big fan of exersizes.
I'm turning 50 in february and I'm going to go and visit my family in germany..... pray for me0 -
