            Diet and working hard.... it really is. I avg about 1500 calories and day and workout 5-6 days a week, mostly cardio. Running 3/4 days a week, playing football and softball the other 2 days. I started out with a rough mile run, and now run 3 miles as a minimum and have moved up to at least a 10k a week, and working my way up to a half marathon currently.
