    Disturbing. Scary. I pray for the day I can get to 120-ish and not have all that visceral fat around my organs.

    Look at how the ankles and legs bones are completely out of whack! This is why I'm trying to get into a healthy weight. My joints can't take it!

    I use this visual with my clients...you'd be amazed at how much denial I hear from them until I show this picture. Bones do get repositioned into their proper placement. That is why weight loss results in lowered arthritis pain, joint issues, and diseases. Thanks for the reminder of why I am doing this!

    OMG... if that doesn't motivate you, I don't know what will. I had an MRI of my cervical spine last year, and was HORRIFIED at the fat on the lower back of my neck...motivation right there...
