So, I've been up and down on this journey for the last year. When I got home from school at the end of May I decided to get serious about exercising and eating no junk (also because of an issue with my stomach I've been having.) One week out of those 3 I didn't log at all really, but I tried to get my 20 minutes of cardio in every day and it paid off!

I started off doing 20 minute Turbo Jam dvds every day. My best friend decided she wanted to start to become healthy too and neither of us can run a mile so we starting walking/jogging every morning for about 50 minutes and when it rains I go back to Turbo Jam. I've also not had money so free entertainment (hiking and walking on the beach) became more fun for me!
I also got a job at a retail store where I'm running all over the place and have to stand for 4 hours straight and also got hired as a Swim Instructor so I'll be swimming a lot more coming up also, but I'm hoping to keep up with the morning walk/jogs.
I'm also starting to incorporate weight training into my regimen. Hope this helps!0 -
i'm picking up my jaw off the ground now and saying congrats. wow three weeks, you are amazing!0
