If you'd gained what you'd lost...
                    I realised before, if I'd gained 22lbs rather than losing them, I'd have been 296lbs now 
 bit of a shock there! And rather than going down as I am, going up!
So if you'd gained the weight you've lost instead, what would you have weighed?
I'm not really good at wording things..so basically your heighest/start weight + your loss.

Crazy. I think it takes the same amount of effort to put on weight as it is to take it off. So I'm glad I made the choice to move the scale downward.0 -
