CrossFit

I'm new to My Fitness Pal and am trying to track my exercise. Since I do CrossFit, some of the routines we do are not listed in the exercise log. Does anyone else do CrossFit and have any suggestions?

    Under cardiovascular-
    Strength Training
    Calisthenics, vigorous effort
    High Impact Aerobics (depending on what you did that day)
