Trader Joes Just a Handful of Almonds
Trader Joes Just a Handful of trail mix
Crystal Light Packets
My vitamin packs ( I hate when I forget to take my vitamins)
Gum
A bottle of water
Smartphone for tracking

What do you carry in your purse to help combat temptations and keep you on track?

    Good Greens+ bar, 1oz of almonds, a boiled egg (if I know I will for sure eat it within an hour), water bottle (big purse!)

    I don't keep it in my purse, but I keep low-fat, individually wrapped cheese sticks and pistachios in the fridge/in my desk at work. I find that these fill me up and help me avoid treats and candy jars that people like to bring into the office :)
  • Lots of gum and a Fibre One bar.
