    Looks so yummy! How do you make the white bean tuna salad?

    tuna packed in water (drained)
    white beans (drained)
    red onion (finely chopped)
    parsley (finely chopped)
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    olive oil
    fresh lemon juice

    Blend all ingrdeints together, refrigerate for about 30 min (or longer)....and serve.

    Your meals look delicious! They've definitely given me some ideas on what to pack for my husband, my kids and myself for lunches. Thank you!

    I love the container that you have your lunch in! I usually end up having two containers and a bunch of zip lock bags! Where can I get something like that? :) Lunches look delicious!

    wow those look yummy and creative! I have been in a rut recently with trying to think of yummy, healthy lunches to pack!
