Ab Exercises

Hello! I delivered my son 2 1/2 years ago via c-section...does anyone have any tips or exercises on how to get my abs back?

I have been losing weight and inches pretty steadily lately, but my abs just have not followed suit. I run, interval train, walk, and have a very active little boy...any and all tips and exercises are welcome!

    If you have the equipment for this then try doing some Hanging Leg Raises and some varied isometrics that include Planks and Palloff Presses.
