I make a tropical fruit smoothie
1/2 cup of no sugar added canned tropical fruit
1 cup fat free milk
1 packet of original instant oatmeal
5 ice cubes
1 splenda packet
You can really substitute any fruit that you want. I like canned or frozen fruit that doesn't have sugar added, because it last longer than fresh fruit. The oatmeal gives you the carb boost that you need not to get hungry. Sometimes I use orange juice instead of milk.0
