Need Ab Exercises with Ball

Not for your abs but Hamstring Curls are the absolute BOMB!!! (but geesh they kill)

My favorite ab exercises on the ball are prone plank reverse curls and the plank pike-up. Get into a plank position with the ball under your legs. The farther out you are, the harder the exercise will be. For reverse curls, you then pull your knees in to your chest. For the pike-up, you move into a pike position. She's doing this in Spanish (or maybe Tagalog) but whatever, you'll see what's she doing. And what's she's doing is killing that ball. Great, full core workout here, IMO
