I need some motivation. I just ate and do not feeling like working out. I would rather watch tv. Help!!

    The trick that works for me is I tell myself that I'm going to at least attempt the warm up phase (5-10 mins). If I still feel the same way I allow myself to stop but more often than not you get into the flow and forget about it!
