protien

Hi I'm wandering if going over you protien is as bad as going over your sugar or fat? I know you shouldn't go over anything but just wandering?:wink:

    MFP actually has protein set on the low side so if you are using the default settings, you should be fine. Protein is a good thing so unless you have a medical condition that would be adversely affected, you can and should go over the amounts they give you.

    You wandered to the right place. MFP puts your protein goals low.
    A general goal range should be 1g/kg of lean body mass. 2g/kg is what bodybuilders suggest.
