    Lizpire- The first bit of weight I dropped I did it by just trying to eat a bit "healthier"...but alas, that didn't do too well...So last Jan I joined myfitnesspal. Down 78lbs so far using the app on my phone...Still another 40 until I hit my UGW. Also, I'm terrible at uploading photos on here! eek!

    you look amazing..... Did you work out a lot? what kinds of foods do you eat. I loose some pounds and all of sudden gain it after eating a bit of "FAT FOOD" :)
    I guess I might need more encouragement
