This may have already been covered but i was wondering. I've lost about 50lbs so far but all of the weight is coming off in my lower half not my top half. Now my major workout is cardio but the last few months i've incorporated lifting. Is there a reason the weight is coming off in the lower half faster than the top half.

First congrats on the 50 lbs.
Well a few important thigs...
You cant train to lose weight in a specific area..it's all up to your body.
Cardio is great great for fat burn... but lifting also great because it has a lasting fat burn that you cant get with cardio. It also can help build muscle under the fat, so when lose the fat there will be some muscle tone there just not loose skin.
Also a great factor is diet. Lots of sugar, processed foods and sodium will contribute to the shape of your core.
Continue with cardio... but add lifting and toning back in to you routine. This may soud girly.. but hot yoga ( bikram) and pilates are great for your core.0 -
What Dani said. Also, you have made some really great progress. Don't get discouraged and keep at it!!!0

I seem to lose from my legs and bust first, while stomach stays the same forever. And of course when I gain it goes right back to my stomach! It's pretty annoying, I agree!0
