Anyone looking to lose 10lbs or less??

I see alot of people with big goals of over 50+ and i am not in that goal range. I am trying to get down to 130 maybe 125 depending on if i still look fat at 130 :laugh: Whats your goal weight and why that particular number?

    I am currently 140ish, trying to get to 134, that should be sub 20% bodyfat, which I think is a maintainable but lean look.

    I'm trying to lose about 5-10 pounds. I think 10 is probably too much for me though, I do CrossFit competitively and need to maintain my strength. I've got a lot of muscle so I think I'd end up losing muscle if I lose that much. Trying to get below 140 (I'm 5'3").

    Me! I am currently 139 lbs and trying to get to 132 lbs and struggling. 130 lbs is my magic number becuase that's what I was before I fell pregnant. But now that I am incorporating heavier weights this may be a false number. I am looking to lose that last layer of fat and seriously tone up!

    i used to be 150, and after i got on birth control i gained like 20 lbs. so first I want to get back to my original 150 (I am 167 right now) and then try to lose 10 lbs.

    Yeah, that's me! I put on a little weight when I quit smoking.

    I'd like to lose maybe 10 lbs. I'd be happy to lose 15lbs, at least to see how it looks.

    It can be hard to lose such a small amount of weight, I think.

    I used to be 173.. now i'm 129 and wanting to get down to 125.

    That's the goal I set when I first started my weight loss and I want to stick to it. Plus, I think that's a good weight for my frame...

    Currently 155 trying to get to 145 or thereabouts. Was 140 for decades before hitting menopause. :(

    I started somewhere around 142-145, but I'm not really sure because I didn't get a scale until 142.

    I'm at 130 now, and I'd like to be around 120.

    I am 147 ...and have been 147 (more or less) since January! Looking to lose 7 lbs!
  • I started at about 132-135 and am now 127-128... ultimate goal weight is 125-120! I welcome anyone to add me as support. I know we all need it for those last few pounds!

    I am looking to lose about 5-10 pounds. Although I am less concerned about the weight and more about the %body fat of course. If I stayed the same weight and just lost fat I'd be just as happy.

    I want to lose 10-15 morelbs.

    I was 245 now I'm 209. I want to get down to 195-200. I was 195-200 for years and always felt more comfortable/energetic at that weight. Of course I want to look good too but really at my age I just want to feel better and since I've dropped most of the weight, I feelmuch better

    This is kinda weird, I was just talking about this with a friend LOL. I have 9 pounds to lose. CW: 107 UGW: 98. And before anyone goes ape **** on me, that is a BMI of 18.5. So, calm your tits and thank you. Hahaha.....

    When I first started mfp I weighed 140lbs. Now I'm at 121. :happy: My goal is to get to 115lbs. I'm 5'2". And I was at 115 in late teens and I liked how my body looked!!!! Freakin amazing!!! So I want to be that again! Hehehe :laugh: So I'm friending you right now. Lets loose those last pounds we need to!!!

    Me! When I joined in January I had at least 72 lbs to lose...but now that I've lost that I don't have a "set amount" that I want to lose just want to lean out a bit. I am thinking I want to lose another 2-7 lbs.

    I have a 15lb target and only 9lbs left. 155 target weight. That weight just seems right for my frame.

    It's haard. I think I've lost about 2lb in 2 months. I'd be happy with just toning up and general fitness now.

    I don't even know if I lose any 'weight' at all.... I'm at 128 right now but still have some jiggly areas. I'm in the lose fat/ gain muscle mindset and it doesn't matter if I stay at this weight so long as stuff stops jiggling!
