Today's challenge is: stair stepping

Let's do 15 min of them.

I didn't look for a video because I figured everyone knew how to climb stairs :)

You can log them as calisthenics or MFP may actually have them listed.

    I have my workout program today but I have stairs in my house and am going to try to do this!

    Okay, I just did 10 minutes of them. I'm so out of shape. I'll work towards 15 minutes.

    Count me in, had a look, can be counted as:
    - Walking, upstairs
    - Running (jogging), up stairs

    Good point, and I got to watch tv at the same time, even though it was bobbing up and down!lol
