    Aprill - I know that I've said it to you a million times, but I am truely proud of all of your hard work! It's been amazing to watch your transformation. Yes, you lost 48 pounds, but you gained so much from it. YOU are the person that inspired me to break away from the 500 calorie diet and join MFP .... and you continue to inspire and motivate me to keep going on my weight loss journey!!

    Way to go! I'm glad you posted your story and you have done wonderful. Adding calories back in can be scarey, but you know what you are doing and will do just fine. And I love your hair!

    That's awesome, way to go!!

    wish I could convince my hubby to do this. He still eats exactly the same, even though I'm losing. He's only slightly overweight, and no matter what he eats, he stays exactly the same and has for 15 years. Not FAIR!
