    Great job on the weight loss...you look amazing!! Keep up the good work! Sending a friend request, I could use the support, as well! I am also in the same boat as you, as far as "knowing what to do" I'm trained and certified as a fitness professional, I know about nutrition, but I admit, it's easier said than done! I"m an emotional eater, and that's just hard to overcome, even if you know what the right choices are!

    Let me tell you something, being able to go without any kind of sweets, is too much of a struggle, but it really is worth the fight!

    amazing! you look great! keep up the good work. Losing weight and keeping it off is not easy. MFP has all the positive support you need. We on MFP are all going through the same thing. Setting goals for a healthy lifestyle and doing everything we can to stick to that goal. You are doing an amazing job! You should be very proud of yourself.
