    I too have just found the Paleo diet as well as cross fit, I have been doing it for a total of 5 weeks now and I am down 7.8 pounds LOVE IT!!!! I am not going to lie it is intense but I am stronger than I have ever been...

    You look amazing BTW... I was reading your story and honestly it sounds like mine (the whole always being heavy thing) and being fed up... I was right there and I am working on myself as well... I will friend you and we can support one another. It is always nice to find people who are in the same boat.

    Great job on the weight loss...you look amazing!! Keep up the good work! Sending a friend request, I could use the support, as well! I am also in the same boat as you, as far as "knowing what to do" I'm trained and certified as a fitness professional, I know about nutrition, but I admit, it's easier said than done! I"m an emotional eater, and that's just hard to overcome, even if you know what the right choices are!

    Let me tell you something, being able to go without any kind of sweets, is too much of a struggle, but it really is worth the fight!
