    I was always told to "spot" work...Lower weights and more reps. Hope that helps!!!
    Myth. High reps build muscle endurance and doesn't do much to help with conditioning the muscle better. Heavier weights with lower reps have a much better metabolic effect.

    Different people lose fat from different areas last. If it wasn't your thighs, it would be something else.

    True. I'm apple shaped and the final 10 pounds I lost came almost entirely off my belly, which went from soft and squishy to... well, if not flat then at least firm. That's how I knew it WAS the final 10 pounds. Maybe it's the same with pear shaped women, only it's the thighs that don't get with the program until the very end.

    I think that this was true for me too! When I gain, it goes right to my hips/thighs and I can feel it in my jeans. Argh! But, I have gone from a size 14 to a 4/6, so it can be done. I still feel like it is there, but the clothes size talks.
