Diet tips needed!

Im sticking to my 1200 calories a day but the weight doesnt seem to be budging

has anybody got any recommendations on what i can do ?

    WOuld need to know current weight, height and activity level to determine if 1200 target calories is appropriate.

    Weightloss is more about eating than exercise- exercise is beneificial for health and to tone up.

    For me, eating smaller meals a day, and drastically reducing simple carbs has contributed greatly to my success.

    Im 59.4 and 5ft 5 i excercise atleast four times a week :-)
