I pound the street extra hard when No Diggity by Blackstreet comes on my MP3 player or Cantaloop by Us3 or Hotstepper by Ini Kamoze (though the first is the only song I would consider in the genre of the OP, the other two I would classify as something else... I just really like 'em)

All 3 of my nieces die laughing when I mention No Diggity, because I had that CASSETT back in the day and I would MAKE them listen to it 500 times in my car!!!!
    ROTFL

You will probably never remember this one and if you do, don't judge:

    JJ Fad - Supersonic

My friends and I used to pretend we were JJ Fad and sing this? rap this? every day before school. LOL

Probably not the same song, ???
The S is for super and the U is for unique the P is for perfection and you know that we are freaks the E is for exotic and the R is for Rap so tell those _____ people just to stay the ___ back... SUPERSONIC....???????

Who ever thought of this topic of discussion is AWESOME!!!!!!!  I am scrolling down to everyone's comments about songs and it is bringing up wonderful blasts from the past!! With each song mentioned, it brings back memories of the age I was, what I was doing or what I shouldn't have been doing.
Oh how songs bring back happy memories!!!
Thanks to everyone who responded to this string...

I can't even mention just "one" song that I love. If anything, I guess I could say:
Janet Jackson - That's the way love goes

I have way way too many. Almost anything during that time was the bomb.

    Eazy-E/NWA was always good.
