Sugar-free/Fat-free Frozen Yogurt

What are your opinions of Sugar-free/Fat-free Frozen Yogurt? Does anybody know how they sweeten it? I am just curious. I love it, but I don't want to love it for months and then it turns out that it actually isn't that "healthy"

    Well here they put honey on it and fruits and granola lol its delish!
