    You are AMAZING!!! Awesome story and i know that had to be very scary. Conjestive heart failure runs rampant in my family
    and i was just put on my 1st blood pressure pill/water pill and it scared me to death. I only have 40 pouds to lose but its been slow going no matter what I do. You did awesome, how exactly did you lose the weight, what type of food,exercise etc.
    Would love to hear how u did it

    What a great story! You look amazing and are an inspiration! I know everyone has said these words, but I had to say them too! You are my motivation for the day....and weekend! My cholesterol has improved immensely in just 26 pounds lost, and my feet have stopped swelling - two very big NSV's for me!
