Any ideas for post C-section abdominal toning.

I am officially able to start working out again after giving birth via c-section, need ideas for working out to tone up my abdominal area... any advice is welcome. Quick ideas would be best. I have 12 lbs to lose (some of which will come off when I stop breast feeding, whenever that will be). At this point im just looking to tone.

    "Pick Your Spot Pilates" is fantastic, and it's on Netflix! Short 10 minute workouts. The one that concentrates on the belly is really good for post c-section fluff. And leg lifts/reverse crunch alone will help a lot because they work on the lower part of the stomach. I have lost the fat and gained muscle, but I had a lot of loose skin around my scar. I bought some of the It Works Defining Gel, and that stuff really does work for firming up skin.
