That on days where you don't exercise, you're hungrier?
I mean, it's legitimate rumbling-in-my-stomach-feeling-lightheaded hunger. And I hardly do enough activity to warrant that kind of hunger! In fact, I am less hungry on days where I intensely work out!
Anyone else deal with this?

I feel the same! I didn't exercise this morning and I find that I feel sluggish and hungry a lot more.0

Yeah, this fairly common. Try adjusting your diet so you're eating more protein and fats, less carbs. The protein will help sate hunger.0
