I had my first experience with the Bod Pod about a week ago. The Bod Pod is the bean shaped air chamber that is the new gold standard in the measurement of body composition. For more on the Bod Pod, go to **edited by MFP Moderator**

It was painless, easy and fast. In no time, I had a very accurate reading of my body fat percentage, my RMR and my TDEE. The whole test was not too expensive either...just $35.

Highly recommend if you are looking for an accurate assessment of your body composition.
