Is anyone else doing tapout xt? I started it about a week and a half ago and I'm seeing some results..wondering if anyone else is?

    I'm in the middle of my 3rd week and am defnitely seeing results. I'm utterly amazed actually!!

    I just completed day 14, which was a much needed rest day! So far, I'm down 2lbs & 1" around my waist!

    I started last Monday and I am loving it. I am 6 lbs down qand feel energized and completely motivated. To push on just to see what results are possible.
