bump yummy and I just bought two bananas. Im gonna take one and use it to make a milk shake. 1 banana 1 cup of 2% milk and ice. in the blender until the ice is crushed, and its the consistancy of a banana smoothie? Not sure how many calories. but i hope you enjoy them during these hot summer days.0

so do you have to cook this? i didn't and i just had one and it is delicious.. and i used 2 steviana packets to your recipe. LOVE it. now i just wonder if i needed to cook it and how LOL
no cooking! it would melt into a puddle in the oven!
i'm thinking a drizzle of super dark chocolate on top of these could be a needed addition...0 -

This sounds like a great substitute for the cookie dough I have in my fridge (and have been super tempted to eat). I'll definitely give it a try.0

Has anyone ever tried to use Good Stuff's Powder peanut butter in this recipe? I like that product, hard to find except in specialty stores. Also could one use sugar alternative like Truvia, Splenda, or something else instead of the sugar. I know that Truvia has the granular texture of real sugar so you would still get that texture from it.
I am going in for my gastric bypass surgery this Wednesday so I will try this recipe in a few weeks when I am back to eating solid foods again. Thanks for sharing and let me know if anyone has tired any other versions! :happy:0 -
