Brazil Butt Lift

I'm just starting this program and was wondering if anyone else is doing it? Has anyone completed it and, if so, were you content with your results? I need some motivation!

Also, what would you log it as in MFP?

    I only got through two weeks of it before I got really sick and had to take a week off of exercising, so I can't really tell you if you can get that perfect Brazilian behind. But when I was able to start working out again, I noticed quite the improvement. I felt stronger in my legs and core, which really helped for biking and outdoor walking. Definitely gets you using butt muscles that most exercises dont even touch. I would recommend it for sure.

    my friend did it. and i think she finished. not quite to sure of her complete results but her butt is lookin really good. i know that sounds weird but i saw her yesterday is a new pair of jeans and had a little butt envy.
