Today will be a different day for me in terms of diet. I rarely drink, but with one of my best friends turning 21, I plan to celebrate with him. What I am going to do is subtract my alcohol calories from my carbs and fat from the day before and the day of "the event".

    THE WORKOUT - 6/15/12

WU= warm up, WS= working set, PR = personal record, WEIGHTXREPS
    Seated dumbbell Alternating curls
WS 35x11 (each db weighed 35lbs)
    WS 35x11
    WS 35x11
    WS 35x10

    Decline sit ups - weighted
    WS bodyweight + 45x15
    WS bodyweight + 45x15
    WS bodyweight + 45x15

    Tricep cable pushdowns
    WS 70x8
    WS 70x8
    WS 75x5
    WS 75x5

    Hanging Leg raises
    WS bodyweight x12
    WS bodyweight x12

I opted out of cardio today that way I could mow my grass tomorrow and even out my overall energy balance.

THE DIET - Morning weight: 189.6

My diet numbers for the day are: 31F/107C/128P

This leaves me to over consume 9/93/72 tomorrow.

Tomorrows planned food macros are 20f/100c/250p and that will leave with 700 calories for alcohol and with a perfect energy balance to continue with my planned weight loss progress.

The forum cuts off the protein, but at least you can see the things I am eating.

How much protein is good to eat for a women? should it vary day to day or stay the same?

I am 126 pounds at the moment and want to lose a little bit more but need to hit the weights to gain muscle and get lean

What is your current body fat%? That would determine protein consumption as well as overall daily calories.

Your intake daily should be the same. This is an example: 40f/120c/100p

Then if you're not losing weight on that, taper carbs down a little after a few weeks and add a tiny bit of cardio until your body weight starts to move.

    6/16/12 Morning Weight:188lbs

This morning I took my body fat percentage and had a new low of 13.1%, woo!!! I'm getting closer and closer each week. Today will be a different than any other day I've posted. I have no workouts scheduled today, other than foam rolling and I'll be mowing the grass to make up for me skipping cardio yesterday.

    THE WORKOUT

NONE! - 10 minutes of foam rolling only!

Then roughly 30 minutes of grass cutting, gonna do that with my shirt off to hopefully get rid of my farmers tan.

    THE DIET -

20f/100c/250p and that will leave with 700 calories for alcohol and with a perfect energy balance to continue with my planned weight loss progress.

I'll be posting a screen shot of my diet break down today as soon as it's over.

The Herbalife's Body Analysis involves electronic scan showing ur lean body mass, how many calories burning at rest, & ur target weight. . Based on the results, it will recommend the amount of personal protein needs for building & maintaining lean muscle. Its $20.

    Do u recommend this?

Last week my body fat % was 27.6
my calories change day to day depending if i worked out or how much i worked out.. is this good or bad?

As the weeks go on i am doing more cardio

Using it as a tool to measure your success would be fine, you should never let a gadget or website calculate your diet numbers for you. Every person is different and has different requirements.

At 27% body fat, are you male or female? What's your body weight? Also, whats your current intake on non-workout days and workout days?
