      I do not exercise daily. I shoot for 3-5 days a week, but it has been tough lately to get 3 days in. I do elliptical (intervals) and walk/jog intervals on the treadmill. I also do a little strength (upper body & abs). I have no idea what my macros are...I do not track those. Well MFP does, but I do not pay attention to them. I am mainly focused on calories.
