I log right after I eat...but when my calories left are low I will try and find/log what I will eat the rest of the day so that I don't go over.0
-
I log everything the night before so I can go to the gym and know what I need to burn. I usually just stop working out when I reach that point.0
-
Right after I eat.0
-
I log (pretty much) my entire day while I eat breakfast to make sure I hit all my macros and micros.0
-
It depends on the day for me. Mainly I log after I eat it - UNLESS I am going out or want to check where I will be with my calories etc once I eat something - typically if I am doing this I shouldnt be eating said item and usually dont eat it.0
-
i do it after breakfast i plan my foods before that way i make sure id nt overeat0
-
I log my food after I eat it throughout the day.0
-
I log 1st thing in the morning so I know what I need to burn and seem to do better when I have my food for the day planned out.0
-
I pre log so I can plan my meals/grocery list. I like it that way so I don't buy more/less at the store0

Pre. For the entire week. I don't have a budget for eating out so it's easy for me to do this.0 -
I have to log right when I eat or sometimes I do it beforehand if I already have lunch packed when I log my breakfast. This helps me not forget the little things you might snack on and also to keep better track of water consumption. My husband told me I was going overboard with this but hey, this is what works for me!0

When I have access, I log in RIGHT AWAY!
I forget stuff, or if I pre-log, then I have to go back and correct it if I have to deviate for some reason.
I like having the option of swift, sure input for true and correct output.0 -
Right after or right before I make my first bite0
-
I use to preplan to make sure I didn't go over (and correct throughout the day). Now, I mostly just log after bc I'm pretty good about figure out where I am in my calories and what I can have.0
-
Both. I know what I"ll be eating for Breakfast, 2 snacks and Lunch before Breakfast so I log it then. Then for the rest of the day I log it as soon as I know I'm going to eat it.0

It depends for me. During the week, I typically track breakfast and lunch while I am eating, and then figure out what to have for dinner based on the amount of calories I have left for the day. The weekends are harder for me as I usually sleep in and don't eat breakfast. I try to track as close to real time as I can so I don't "forget" anything0
-
I always pre-journal. Mainly because it lets me take a look at exactly what I'm eating the next day and let's me know what I need to pack in my food box.....0
-
I track my food most of the time right after I eat it unless I'm out and about, even than I track on my phone sometimes...0
-
First thing in the morning. Log it all in and stick to the plan!0
-
As soon after i eat as i can0
-
It seems, if it's a helthy choice, I pre-log...if it was a bad choice, it's after I've already eaten it0
-
I write everything im gonna eat on that day, and see wat it comes too. lol. apart from my drinks i write it wen ive had them, but food wise stops me going off track, if its nt on my diary haha i dnt eat it unless i have cals over and im hungry I add something on.0
-
I log as I go.... super easy with the mobile app. At dinner, I know exactly where I am for the day and what to watch so I can plan dinner better.0
-
I log before I eat, I am a big fan of the mobile app, and find it much easier to use the bar code scanner. As I make or eat, scan the code and it's there.0

As soon after i eat as i can:happy:

I have to plan every meal. So I in the morning I log my breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Because my days are long and I tend to do my exercise in the evening, I log dinner and exercise at night. When I plan my meals and exercise ahead of time it helps me be more accounting to myself.0
-
I do a mix of all three.0
-
Pre-Journal, so I'm stuck eating what I journal. No guess work when I'm deciding what to eat, it's already planned out.0
-
Variously...what I mean is if I have no doubt what I'm eating for b-fast, lunch and dinner i will pre-log and then see where I'm at. I usually log within a few minutes of making a food choice. Sometimes before eating, sometimes while I'm eating, sometimes after. The app is great because it has really steered me away from hevay calorie foods as I will look them up and then ask myself, do i really want to do additional cardio just to eat this? BTW...i drink a lot of coffee and i log it as soon as I drink another cup. Snacks too.0
-
It depends on the day and whether I'm running low on supplies. If I already planned dinner and know what I have available for snacks, I pre-journal but I don't actually hit the submit button until the end of the day just in case something changes.0
