Just wondering what everyone thinks of these supplements, of course they are not magic, but has anyone found that they actually do help, either with weight loss or health in general?

I have found that white kidney bean extract is quite effective in reducing carb calories particularly if you enjoy the occasional pancake, flapjack or pizza. Been taking CLA for the past few weeks and it seems to be helping the weight shift quicker than normal also, have tried quite a few other 'thermogenics' etc but most had no/little observable difference for me.0

Acai berries and extracts are high in anti-oxidants but there are far more cost effective sources (blueberries, blackberries etc) they have been seriously oversold and I have yet to see anything approaching peer reviewed studies that demonstrate their efficacy in terms of weight loss. (Same is true of most supplements in general)0
