Hello everyone im new here so hoping to get some kind of answers here i have been asking personal trainers at my local gyms, life coaches, other mommies who have reached what seems to be impossible, well im 20 years old and I had a daughter about 3 years ago and before i got pregnant i was never fat but i was chunky should i say so during my pregnancy i started exercising with walks and other exercises for pregnant women and after labor i had already gotten bk to my pre weight so i joined a gym and really made a goal to finally get the body I always wanted, I lost about 50 lbs but now i dont think my stomach will get any tighter then i have already gotten it to be everyone tells me they would die for a body like mine which, ok my body isnt out of shape wat so ever but since i had a baby my core muscles pulled apart naturally ofcourse and i have a little left over excess loose skin wen i stand lay down anything i look flat and toned but sitting naturally, or being in a position for example a "plank" exercise form it completely hangs and i have stretch marks but my MAIN concern is, will my stomach ever get totally toned and get abs without surgery cause i plan on having more kids so i find it pointless to waste an expensive surgery right now if i know my body is going to go through the same changes again i dont wanna have to get 3 surgerys but i dont think i can wait another 15 + plus years or whatever before i get the body i want, anyone have success stories who can give me real advice that HAS WORKEN not been tried but been accomplished PLEASE HELP ME!

    tip in general-

when posting a lot of words, break it up into paragraphs to make it easier to read and so it doesnt look like the dreaded "wall of text".

    good luck

Unfortunately sometimes surgery is the only way to repair torn ab muscles. My friend had an 8 month old when she found out that she was pregnant again. Because she had a non walker adn she had to carry him everywhere she really tore her ab muscles apart. She ended up needing hernia surgery, ab repair and she got a tummy tuck while they were in there anyways.

Try Physique 57! Co-founders Jennifer Vaughan Maanavi and Tanya Becker (one of the foremost instructors of The Lotte Berk Method for over a decade) have great DVD workouts that have given really nice abs to a lot of people that never had them before! I've been doing them everyday and its amazing! Sorry to sound like a commercial but when you find a workout that is this killer, it's hard not to share =)

Please, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Everyone has the freedom to write what they want, and especially write as much as they want. Sorry but it's not your job to police people's questions and expression on here

Gonna have to agree with him. I scanned through the first few lines, saw that there wasn't even one complete sentence with a period, so I stopped reading.
