    Thank you. I really need to update that picture of my daughter and I in my old jeans. I'm about 2 sizes smaller now than when that picture was taken :-)

    Exactly one year to drop the 112. I'm at 113 lost now and toning up more and more :-)

    I am curious as to what sort of medication your doctor prescribed to help your arteries. And what sort of test they did to find out what percentage you were blocked. I have high Cholesterol and just started taking Red Yeast Rice supplements.

    I'm on a beta blocker (Coreg). It helps with the pvc's I have and also happens to help to melt away that narrowing. He expects it to be gone by the next check in a year. I had a total of 3 separate stress echos (stress treadmills).
