It's very possible to achieve. I would run for 10 minutes and then collapse in a weazing pile on the floor and give up after 2 days. But I've discovered Couch to 5k, there's lots of them out there, it's based on introducing running slowly. So you do a minute of running and a minute of walking for 20-30 minutes and each week, slowly increase the running time and decrease walking. You can get apps, pod casts with running music or tear a page from a magazine. Just search Couch to 5k. If you still then find it difficult, try jogging or long walks to begin with.
