Just with water. Cystosport pre and post workout protein shake, then casein at night.

1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla egg white protein powder, & 1 very loosely packed cup of frozen fruit - great for lactose intolerants.

Vanilla powder with frozen fruit and water and lots of ice (maybe some greek yogurt)
Chocolate - either with pb2 and water and ice, or with instant coffee and ice and a little stevia. Sometimes I do just chocolate and blend with water and cottage cheese and then add ice and blend.

In my shaker bottle I use just water; if I'm using a blender I use skim milk, tbs. of natural peanut butter, tbs. of unsweetened cocoa powder, and a banana.

Water. I mix it up then throw in a few ice cubes and shake again to get it nice and cold. I don't think it is gross at all to just do water, unless the shake is gross to start with. I found a few brands I like and stick to them. If they taste good to start with it doesn't matter what you mix them with.

    Sometimes I just use water.

Sometimes I use berries and water.

Sometimes I use peanut butter and water.

Sometimes I use water, cottage cheese, and extracts.

Just depends on my mood and how much protein/how many calories I want it to be.
