So tomorrow is day 10 on level 2 for me. I watched level 3 this morning after I did level 2 day 9 today. Anyone have any wise words for me to psych me up for level 3? Please? Kinda getting anxious, looks like a lot of explosive jumping...

My coworkers and I started level 3 today at work and it's hard. It's not too bad if you modify some of the moves, just follow Anita on the DVD. We were all exhausted afterwards, but I felt great because I was pushing myself. It's been 30 minutes since the workout and my arms still feel tired. I think Level 1 focused on arms, Level 2 focused on legs, and Level 3 incorporates both arms and legs. If you made it through the first 2 levels, you can definately do Level 3.0

How did you find Level 1? I'm on Level 1 Day 5 tomorrow and I watched Level 2 and it looks hard.0
