Getting back to it!

Hi All! I joined mfp about 8 months and did really well for the first few months, then the holidays hit and some personal stress and well... excuse after excuse... I stopped keeping track. I'm back now and need to refocus and get back to it! I have 70lbs to lose but am hoping to hit my first big goal of being below 200lbs in 3 months for a trip to CA. I need all the support I can get and probably some swift kicks when needed, I'll be happy to reciprocate.
Biggest thing I learned when I first started: My portions are actually okay.........
It's just the 2nd and 3rd helping of those portions that hurt.

Haha, your humor is great! Stick with it this time...I think most of us have a million of excuses that have been used. A lot of them were probably legit, but this is all about taking your life that you own and making it better. Good luck this time around0
