Getting back to it!

Hi All! I joined mfp about 8 months and did really well for the first few months, then the holidays hit and some personal stress and well... excuse after excuse... I stopped keeping track. I'm back now and need to refocus and get back to it! I have 70lbs to lose but am hoping to hit my first big goal of being below 200lbs in 3 months for a trip to CA. I need all the support I can get and probably some swift kicks when needed, I'll be happy to reciprocate.

Biggest thing I learned when I first started: My portions are actually okay.........

It's just the 2nd and 3rd helping of those portions that hurt. :)

    Haha, your humor is great! Stick with it this time...I think most of us have a million of excuses that have been used. A lot of them were probably legit, but this is all about taking your life that you own and making it better. Good luck this time around :)
