Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Exercise?

I love these threads! I see there is one already going but it is huge! So I thought I would start a fresh one :)

Breakfast - Eggnog Yogurt Smoothie

Lunch - Turkey Sandwich on Sprouted Grain Bread w/ Jalapeno Monterey Jack Cheese

Dinner - Garlic & Herb Lilydale Chicken w/ Redskin Mashed Potatoes & Peaches n' Cream Corn

Snacks - Japanese Orange / Pear

Exercise - 45 minutes of walking cross country with my husband and our lab :)

    Breakfast: Kellogg's protien bar
    Lunch: 1 sandwich thin with peanut butter, 1 medium apple
    Snack: celery and baby carrots
    Dinner: grilled cheese sandwich, pretzels
    Snack: grapes
    Work out: 20 minute run on the track (sprinting longs, jogging shorts), 10 sets of stadium stairs.
  • Breakfast: Marionberry yogurt (6 oz.) with 1/4 cup of Grapenuts

    Snack: Hardboiled egg

    Lunch: Lean Cusine or Healthy Choice soup under 300 cal.

    Snack: fruit or veggie or cottage cheese

    Dinner: I try to manage my calories so I can have more leeway for dinner. :smile:

    Workout: 30-45 mins mixed weights and 30-45 mins elliptical 4-5 times a week.

  • Breakfast: Weight Control Oatmeal

    Snack: Light & Fit Yogurt and 1/2 oz Almonds

    Lunch: Turkey Sandwich on wheat and 100 cal pack of Doritos

    Snack: Apple and 1/2 oz of Almonds

    Dinner: Hungry Girl Chicken Parmesan and Hungry Girl-fredo

    TONS of water!

    Todays workout:
    20 mins of calisthenics in group pt session
    30 mins walk/run intervals
    29 mins of Power 90 - Sculpt
  • Breakfast - Multigrain Cherrios with soy milk

    Lunch - Tuna Sandwich with small side of potatoes

    Dinner - Homemade beef curry w/ brown rice

    Snacks - Gold Delicious Apple

    Exercise:
    60 min. - Kick boxing
    20 min. Abs/Core Strengthening
