    hank everyone so much fopr your kind words! Im back from my holiday now and need to kick my butt in action again! Ive put on 2 lbs over the holiday, which im pleased with to be honest! My next goal is to lose 4lbs my August 4th and tone up all areas but my stomach and arms in particular! As soon as i eat carbs my tummy pops back out again! lol

    And for everyone asking... the bikini is from Floozie by French Frost @ Debenhams Department Store (UK)
