Mine is open - feel free to take a look. Although I must say this month I haven't had the best eating habits. Vacation, school being out, having company, etc, etc, knocked me off my game a bit, but yesterday was good! LOL0

Feel free to add me. My diary is open to my friends. I log everything I eat and drink. Some of it is good and some not so good, but at least it's honest. Logging helps me see wheremy mistakes are and what is working. So far I've lost a little more than 30 pounds, but am trying to figure out why I'm stuck and losing and gaining the same 3-4 pounds over and over for the last few months. I'm thinking its adding back in a glass or two of wine every couple of days, even though its within my total calories! :drinker:0

Lately I've been on a terrible eating streak, but I am trying to at back at it again. I have my most difficult time in the summer: I tend towards BBQ hotdogs and hamburgers and the local seasonal fish & chip shop way too much. Of course, I BBQ a lot of chicken and the like as well, so it's not all bad! Because I spend the week by myself, I find it easier to grab something easy rather than make a meal, especially when I'm running out the door to attend an exercise class. Ah, this is a difficult road sometimes isn't it?0 -
My diary is open to the public (I believe). I'm by no means a clean eater, I do make sure to hit most of my marcros on a regular basis. I also love to share recipes.

~ My diary is open to the public ... it is very detailed oriented, more so than 95% of the folks on here. With that being said, I do add some days of my " intermittent fasting " ... where the meals are light and only half days.
I have a very healthy diet and there are a lot of great ideas in my diary ! Feel free to message me any questions you may have ...

Friend request me. Mine is rather boring but I plug everything in either the night before as a plan for the next day or at the end of the day. I do try to plan as many of my meals as possible to avoid "surprises." And Yes I carry my cooler around with me, but I would rather look like a dork than continue to have this spare tire. You can do it, planning is the key. :happy: Good Luck0

Mine is open to friends. I am very honest as to what I eat and drink. I am currently unable to do much exercise due to a broken 5th metatarsal from Zumba. This happen 8 weeks ago but wasn't actually caught until 4 weeks ago, so it is taking longer to heal due to the fact that I walked on it for so long. So I am having to be very careful as to what I am eating. I am highly encouraging to those who are on my friend's list. I also ask that those who add me be honest in their logging.0

You can add me. Like others have stated, I log everything, good or bad. Some days I end up a little over, sometimes I am under. But, I like to see what I eat each day. I try to keep in healthy, but there is some Dairy Queen, Subway, and mexican food thrown in there!0
